Insurance Plans

At Azalea Therapy Group we accept a variety of insurance plans to ensure our services are accessible to as many families as possible. Please contact us for a complete list of accepted insurance providers and contact your insurance company to ensure that we are in-network for your specific plan.​

The amount an insurance provider covers varies by each insurance plan. We get as much information upfront about insurance but we can’t provide exact amounts of what your cost will be until your insurance company processes and approves the claim.

 

Some insurance plans cover the costs of speech therapy services, while others do not. Please be sure to contact your insurance regarding your plan and if your plan includes coverage of speech therapy services.

Private Pay

If your health insurance does not cover speech services or you have a health insurance plan that we do not accept, you may use private pay. FSA/HSA cards are accepted forms of payment.

 

We are also happy to provide you with a superbill for your private pay therapy that you can submit to insurance in an attempt for reimbursement. Please don’t hesitate to contact us about current private pay therapy rates.
